Management Trainees — Sales and Marketing

The Role;

·         You will be trained on all facets of Sales and Marketing.

·         You will be assigned a market segment where you will research, prepare and execute marketing plans and achieve pre-defined sales targets

·         You will undertake outsourced marketing initiatives for both Sri Lankan and Australian companies.

·         You will actively, contribute to organising press conferences training programs and events.

·         Make sales presentaions for potential clients.

·         Can do atitude.

·         ExceIlent communication and negotiation skills

·         Part Quallication in Marketing (CIM/SLIM/Degree in Marketing)

·         Ability to work with minimum supervision

·         Target/goal driven

·         Highly motivated and ambitious

·         Desire to earn a monthly commisson not less than LKR 50,000
