We are looking for female school leavers to join Company as the "Secretary to the Director"... Candidate Profile:

·         Female

·         Fluency in both written and oral English is essential

·         Computer knowledge is a prerequisite

·         School Leaver

·         No prior experience necessary

·         Part qualification in CIM / CIMA would be an added advantage

·         Below 22 years of age

·         Will to learn and a positive attitude

·         Having done internships will be an added advantage

Job Role

·         Assist the Director with day to day activities

·         Plan meetings

·         Take minutes of meetings among other duties and responsibilities

·         Training will be given to the selected candidate.

·         Go to the BOI and assist the Director with necessary documentation
