ASSISTANT RETAIL STORE MANAGER (COLOMBO)

·         Leadership skills

·         Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising principles

·         Effective stock management skills

·         Confident and engaging communicator

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Working to tight deadlines

·         Place inventory orders and track sales on a daily basis

·         Ability to coach, lead and develop a team to achieve monthly targets

·         Committed to providing exceptional customer service

·         Providing strong managerial support to the team

·         Minimum 3years experience in fashion retail desirable

·         Has to work 6 days a week.
