Tech Lead – HRM Applications

Job Description:

Ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills in designing, delivering and controlling the technical development work in the area of HRM. He/She will be a career minded, highly motivated, and customer service oriented Excellent communication, strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task are essential to the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

·         Continuously monitor and implement new innovative technologies, architectures and techniques.

·         Design, estimate, code, debug, document and maintain programs developed by you and others on the team.

·         Negotiate with internal customers on requirements and most effective technical solutions on complex projects.

·         Ensure designs meet short and long-term business needs balancing speed to market and reuse.

·         Ensure application standards are defined and adhered to, through code reviews and design sessions

·         Collaborate with team members, peers, architects and managers on project implementation.

·         Provide recommendations on software solutions based on analysis and evaluation of existing systems and problems.

·         Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements. standards and procedures in the organization.

Key Requirements:

·         Hold a degree in computer science from a recognized university or equivalent.

·         Over 3+ years of industry experience with development of HRM applications.

·         Good Experience in Net Framework, C#, ASP.Net, MVC3, Entity frameworks, WCF, WPF, SQL Server 2005/ 2008 and SSRS.

·         Experience in cloud technology would be an added advantage.

·         Have strong concepts of 00P & design patterns.

·         Good communication skills (both Oral and Written) are required.
