SUPERVISOR- NOKIA CARE CENTRE - Anuradhapura

We are looking for a result oriented, self motivated, dynamic individual to be in charge of all operations in NOKIA outlet -Anuradhapura.

Job Profile

·         The Applicant shall be responsible for the entire management and operation of the Nokia Care Centre located in Anuradhapura, towards achieving the corporate objectives.

·         Should positively and effectively respond to customer inquiries, comments and suggestions.

·         Should be able to work well under pressure and achieve the given monthly sales targets to meet strict deadlines.

·         Would be required to constantly communicate with the Higher Management of the company and attend meetings at the Head Office in Colombo, at any given time.

·         Should be able to lead, manage, train and motivate the staff to maintain a high degree of professionalism.

Personal and Skill Profile

·         The applicant should be fully qualified or partly qualified in Marketing/ Management from a well recognized University or Institute, such as CIM/SLIM.

·         Should have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a marketing related field in the Commercial Sector.

·         Should possess Project Management Skills (Planning, Scheduling and time management).

·         Should possess an excellent command of English both oral and written and must be computer literate.

·         Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self starter who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work long and flexible working hours on a roster scheme.

·         Should be a Team Player with strong leadership skills.

·         Should be preferably between 23-35 years.
