Cabling Assistant / Helper - Qatar

JOB TITLE:              Cabling Assistant / Helper

REPORTS TO:         Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:                Assisting the FTTH Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Works outdoors in all kind of weather conditions

·         Potentially could be climbing in and out of UCVs via ladders

·         Potentially climbing ladders for installations at customer premises

·         Crawling under desks, and tables and other pieces of furniture to access cabling and electrical outlets

·         Crawling in crawl spaces for installation of cabling

·         Sitting, standing, squatting, and bending for long periods of time and are subject to loud noise and vibration

Work Experience

·         experience with installation of Data Cables (copper or Fiber)

Others

English – Very good

Minimum Education Level required: Tech School

Minimum Years of Experience required: 2 Years

COMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal:                 Technician, Site Supervisor, Site Engineer

External:                Customers

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:

QUALIFICATIONS                                  Tech School

EXPERIENCE                                           Experience doing similar jobs

KNOWLEDGE

SALARY

BASIC 1500 QRS
