The ideal candidate should be below 40 years of age, with ICASL/ CIMA (UK) or ACCA full qualifications and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Excellent organizing, planning and communication skills, both written and verbal, are core competencies sought. The candidate should also possess excellent managerial capabilities and the ability to work in a team environment. He/she should have the capacity to develop good working relationships with all stakeholders and to motivate and inspire team members. Candidates should possess a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.
