Printer Technician

A leading Company dealing with reputed Brands of Office Equipment (Digital Copiers, Printers, Laptops etc..) requires a Printer Technician to be recruited urgently.

Facilities

Duties

• Diagnostics, installations, removal and retrofits on equipment.
• Perform basic connected installations (i.e. set up IP addresses, download print driven, enable scanning functions).
• Provide basic training on equipment functions.
• Perform firmware updates to equipment in the field.
• Complete training certification on equipment and network printers.
• Follow required call handling procedures and update through our help-desk information system.
• Be our eyes in the field to identify leads and customer service opportunities.
• Complete all required administrative tasks timely and accurately.

Requirements

• Prior service experience in copier industry preferred.
• Strong work ethics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Networking experience preferred.
• Customer oriented and personable.
• Attentive to detail.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment.
• Must be adaptive to change within the organization and the industry.
• Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills Is required.
