The responsibilities are to manage small construction, maintenance, interior decoration, refurbishment and property management work of the company and clients' of the company and liaising with management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year work experience and should be an efficient committed team member with the right attitude to grow and maintain high standards.

Requirements

• Organised approach to work.
• Strong supervision.
• Ensuring high quality and time targets, cost effective, resource management.
• Collaborate on design projects - brainstorm project ideas, basic design drawings in AutoCAD, assist in reviewing project proposals & be a part of the process from conception through development.
• Coordinate project details, stocks and communicate with involved parties.
• Good English and computer skills.
• Right qualifications.
• Discipline.
• Right attitude and efficiency.
• Ensure industry standards are maintained excellently in construction, maintenance, redecorating and refurbishment.
• Cost saving techniques, non-wastage and appropriate material usage to be implement.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Designing and part-qualified applicants in HND, NDT or quantity surveying qualifications will be considered.
