ASSISTANT MANAGER HR - (COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS)

The ideal candidate should,

·         Be below 32 years of age

·         Possess a Bsc Degree in Finance / Mathematics/Management with part qualification in ICASL/CMA/CIMA

·         Possess excellent communication and analytical skills

·         Be computer literate

·         Possess a minimum of 2 years experience with the exposure in compensation and benefit administration in a reputed organization

·         Sound knowledge of EPF/ETF/PAYE/ Gratuity Provisions/ Insurance plans/Budgeting/ designing of benefit plans are definite prerequisites.
