Technical Officer (Individual Housing Projects)
Prime Lands (Pvt) Ltd,are chasing down a vigilant, vivacious, youthful, educated, experienced outcome orchestrated and dynamic,suitable contender for the post.
Duties
- Manages, supervises and controls construction of Individual housing projects / Condominium Projects by ensuring good site discipline and safe working conditions.
- Plans site activities, draws up monthly targets for various teams, contractors allocating work and reviewing actual progress.
- Supervises of the work of all staff and labor working on the site.
- Requisitions all materials, tools and equipment necessary to carry out planned monthly project activities.
- Produces monthly project progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/ National Diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Plus a minimum of 2 years working experience in individual housing protects.
- Experience working within a large multi-disciplinary Individual housing project will be a definite advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and to promote team work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
