Requirements
- Should control all reservation functions - ticketing and followups, co-ordinate complex travel requests and exceed expectations in productivity, adherence, accuracy and attendance.
- Should teach and mentor new consultants and effectively complete invoicing and accounting and maintain superior customer retention.
- Knowledge of GDS: SABRE/AMADEUS is a must.
All applicants should be goal-driven and passionate with excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work. They should have outstanding problem-solving abilities and be able to speak fluently and confidently. They should be dependable team players with analytical skills, who should establish good rapport with clients.
