Executive - Corporate Communications

Brandix Lanka Ltd - Colombo

The Job

Your primary job role will be to design communication and branding material for both the internal and external stakeholders, wherever applicable. This would include the designing of internal communiques, presentations, monthly announcements and constant monitoring & maintaining of the company intranet. You will drive all internal communications for the Group in partnership with the SBU's. You would also be required to prepare, review & design corporate collateral, assist the Viyaman Editorial Team in releasing the quarterly newsletter, assist and guide the relevant ad agencies in designing vacancy advertisements and web templates for SBUs on their request. You will gather and disseminate Group information in a timely and accurate manner and also work very closely with internal teams, especially with the CSR, Environmental Engineering and HR divisions on their branding initiatives. You will also be required to provide valuable insights on constantly revamping the corporate website and be up to date on the latest social media trends in promoting the Brandix brand on such channels.

The Person

You should have a professional qualification related to Marketing, Advertising and/or Public Relations. Two years of work experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage. You should possess a sound knowledge in Microsoft products and design Software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign and CorelDraw. You should possess excellent communication, presentation and computer skills. You would need to be confident and self-assured in dealing with all levels of the organization and possess good verbal and written skills in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil. You should be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. You should be a good team player with an outgoing personality with a positive service oriented mindset and have the ability to always think out of the box.
