Assistant Human Resource Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·         Handling recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, training and development, grievances, disciplinary management, employee relationships etc.

·         Leading the learn to adhere with the departments' ISO standards.

·         Handling personnel accident / workmen compensation / medical insurance

·         Organizing staff welfare activities.

·         Ensuring day-to-day efficiency of the HR department.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

·         A Degree (preferably in HR field) or equivalent professional qualification in HR.

·         An excellent command of written & spoken English

·         Excellent administrative and organizational skills

·         Good knowledge in labor laws and related issued.

·         Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity.

·         Experience in an ISO set up would be an added advantage.

·         Multitasking capability

·         Age below 40 years.
