Duties

  • Achieve a detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing.
  • Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
  • Audit the performance of MEP subcontractors.
  • HVACIPlumbing/ Fire Fighting! Electrical /ELV services design in hospitality construction, and coordinate between different trades and consultant.
  • Site engineering management and coordination of sequence of work for a quality and time performance.
  • Assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals.
  • Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
  • Assist in the scope review, budgeting and justification of MEP change work order.
  • Assist in the installation of MEP work.
  • Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor.
  • Coordination and administration of MEP related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
  • Liaison with Consuftait MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors and relevant staff.
  • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provides and adheres to relevant Quality documentationirecords.
  • Ensure that MEP Subcontractors adheres to Project safety regulations.
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree.
  • With minimum 5 years experience.
  • NDT / HNDE.
  • With minimum 10 years' experience.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written skills in English.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Exposure in Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
