Job Title: Systems Engineer (Mobile Internet System Support)

Location: Colombo

Contract: 12 months contract (renewable)

Job Requirements:

·         Fluent in English

·         Ability to interact with foreign support team members.

·         Excellent TCP/IP troubleshooting

·         UNIX (Linux. AIX) Systems Administration

·         Day to day operations in Relational database Management Systems (RDBMS) - MySQL and Oracle

·         Demonstrable analytical skills.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills

·         Good customer handling skills. Has to work closely with customers in project implementation and support.

·         Ability to work with a multi-national team

Typical Experience

·         Network administration

·         In depth TPC/IP troubleshooting

·         SQL

·         Telecom VAS application experience

·         Minimum 2 years experience

·         Problem solving experience

·         Basic Programming knowledge such as C++. Perl, Shell scripts.

·         Good Academic qualifications with BSc in Computer Engineering. Computer Science or ICT
