Coordinator/Helpdesk Executive

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Supports and maintains effective relationships with client users of the system

·         Diagnose and provides timely resolution on incoming client calls , emails

·         Provides case status updates to management and end-users. Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to information system

·         Collaborate with other team members on planning and execution. Hold progress meetings and special working meetings to communicate information, obtain updates and resolve issues

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION

 

·         Excellent written, oral communication skills (English) and computer skills

·         Experience in client services! Patience and Courtesy

·         Ability to work full on for extended periods of time

·         Age less than 28 years
