Human Resources Executive

 

The incumbent will assist the Head of HR in carrying out overall HR functions of the company including sourcing a recruitments, training a development, performance management and the management of the disciplinary process. He/ She will also be responsible for handling the integrated. online Human Resource system of the company and providing information required for managerial decision making.

 

The ideal candidate, falling within the age category of 25-30, preferably, should possess a minimum of 2 years related work experience in a reputed multinational or national organization with a Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources Management. Knowledge in labour laws and best practices in the field of HR would be advantageous.

 

Excellent planning and interpersonal capabilities along with strong oral and written communication skills are essential requirements of the job.
