Business Analysts

Job Summary

We require business analysts to work with our Analysis & Design Team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for people in the Financial, Hospitality, Marketing and IT sector to move into business analysis.

Principal Accountabilities

This role will include the following key responsibilities and will report to the head of Analysis & Design.

·         Requirements gathering & analysis.

·         Business (Requirement specification writing.

·         Client interaction and systems training.

General skills

·         Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written skills-in English) and the ability to communicate at all levels.

·         Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines and targets.

·         Excellent client interaction, strong analytical skills and leadership skills.

·         Highly disciplined and ability to work independently under minimum supervision.

·         Should bravery good team player

·         Should he computer literate. Sound knowledge in Internet technologies will be an advantage.

Experience

·         Minimum three years of experience in business analysis and at least one year of Agile Requirements Management and operating in a Agile software development environment is required

·         Experience in Travel Domain will be a definite advantage.
