QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
Diploman in Plastic Processing Education
Knowledge of PLC Skills / Competencies
Ability to work independently
Good communication and organizing skills
At least 3 years experience in the
Operation and maintenance of similar machines Work Experience and
Responsibilities
Responsible for mould changing, setting machine parameters, and packing line
Ensure that the right item is produced and right packaging is used
Ensure that each shift maintains 95% production efficiency
Preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of thermoforming machine and its moulds
Ensure that all machines are up and running and coordinate with the maintenance team leader for break-down maintenance
Suggest and implement continuous improvement in production methods, design, etc. to reduce cost
