Rapidly growing Property Development & Construction Company in Dehiwala seek to urgently recruit the following individuals.
Requirements
- HND in Quantity Surveying & Auto-Cad Drafting.
- With 2-3 year experience in the relevant field specially in making civil and architectural shop drawings.
- Prepare and monitor projects schedules, prepare BOQ and manage project cost.
- Prepare material procurement schedules, negotiate, procure.
- Ensure timely delivery of long lead material and preparation of shop drawings and engineering document control.
