Your main responsibility would be to generate calls to customers and cross sell bank products, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide product and service information to existing customers. Job Profile

 

·         Generate calls to existing and non-existing clients by following telephone etiquette, screen and generate leads and direct those to appropriate deponents/individuals in a professional manner.

·         Respond to inquiries, handle and resolve complaints of customers and the public within the stipulated time frame.

·         Provide customers with product and service information.

·         Having fluency in all three languages will be an added advantage.

·         Should be able to handle excel thoroughly.

 

Applicant Profile

 

·         Three passes at G C E Advance Level and be below 23 yrs of age.

·         Possess pleasant and friendly mannerism.

·         Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information and should be able to manage difficult customer situations.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Possess a sound howledge of telephone etiquette.

·         Be computer literate.

·         Previous work experience in a banking environment would be an added advantage. School leavers are also considered.
