Sanguine Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, are looking for a clever, eager, young, taught, experienced result masterminded and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified fast growing construction company engaged in multi disciplinary projects looking for high caliber personnel for following vacancy. We are a 100% Sri Lankan own company Located in Kelaniya.
Requirements
- NDT, NDES or any other equivalent Diploma in QS from recognized institute.
- Minimum 10 years experience in post contract.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, independent working ability and meet deadlines.
- Able to work well within a team based environment for project coordination.
- Contract Administration according to condition of contract and specifications.
- Have a good practical knowledge for analyzing progress and reconciliation of resource usage.
- Monitor financial progress and submit claims according to schedule.
- Able to involve in tendering process.
