Camellia Resort & Spa, are looking for a clever, eager, young, taught, experienced result masterminded and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Senior Quantity Surveyors
We are well established Group of company, having its subsidiaries in various sectors, is looking for ambitious, energetic and dynamic young candidates to forward their applications for the following posts.
Responsibility
- Have to prepare tender and contract documents.
- Including bills of quantities with the architect.
- Advise on a procurement strategy.
- Allocate work to subcontractors.
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Prepare and analyses costing for tenders.
Requirements
- Q.S. Degree.
- NCT — part time with 3 year experience.
- HND with 4 year experience.
- NVQ 6 with 3 years experience or equaling.
