Jaindi Export PVT Ltd is a well-established Organic food processing company. incorporated in 2003 at Mawathagama, Dankotuwa, Sri Lanka. Is producing organic foods under econutrena brand and works exclusively with Organic certified small & medium producers' groups. Organically gown, chemical free raw materials are purchased from these producer groups, under various international certifications and subjected to strict internal control systems & quality parameters set by Jaindi Export PVT Ltd. exports processed products in the forms of bulk and consumer packs to Europe, North America, Japan, Australia German and all other developed countries. Invites applications form a suitable person for the following position.

Duties

• Planning and implementing preventive and shutdown maintenance operations.
• Organizing routine servicing schedules of generators, air compressors, boilers and the heaters.
• Coordinating with production and other operations on maintenance planning activities.
• Coordinating with maintenance.
• Operation personnel to ensure efficient work management will also fall under your preview.
• Manage the maintenance team effectively.
• Ensure the health & safety act is practiced effectively.
• Order necessary equipment & materials under the budgetary guideline.
• Plan & implement a preventive maintenance program for all buildings, equipment and machine.
• Follow environment statutory requirement and promote environmentally friendly policies.
• Develop new maintenance plans and submit them to the management.
• Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected.

Requirements

• B.Sc degree or NDT in mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing/operation field.
• Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-direction environment.
• An analytical mindset along with the creativity and drive to meet challenge would be definite assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Upper age limit for this position is 40 years.
