Duties

• A team player, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage hotel guest from multinational origin.
• Attention to detail, service-mind oriented.
• Multilingual proficiency are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in the same or similar capacity of a start class hotel group.
• Hands on experience in the relevant field.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
• Adequate knowledge of personalized services and processes.
• Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptable to handle demanding workload.
