Shangri-La Hotel Colombo, are searching for a savvy, enthusiastic, youthful, instructed, experienced outcome arranged and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Front Office Supervisor.

Duties
- A team player, highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage hotel guest from multinational origin.
- Attention to detail, service-mind oriented.
- Multilingual proficiency are strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Experience in the same or similar capacity of a start class hotel group.
- Hands on experience In the relevant field.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
- Adequate knowledge of personalized services and processes.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptable to handle demanding workload.
