The SriLankan team is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as:

INFLIGHT SERVICE INSTRUCTOR/ASSESSOR - FEMALE

To be the driving force at Inflight Service Department, formulating/planning and implementing all enhancements to SriLankan product in all on board aspects keeping with international standards. The incumbent will be responsible for training and maintaining a high level of Cabin Crew performance to deliver a superior In-flight service ensuring repeated business.

Key result areas would include:

·         Formulating standards and continuously evaluating services provided by all Cabin Crew, ensuring passengers are served professionally with a feeling of warmth and friendliness in a consistent and efficient manner.

·         Training and maintaining a high level of Cabin Crew performance in all service aspects to achieve the highest possible standards.

·         Adding value to existing product through research and development, bench marking and monitoring cross industry activities in order to ensure product sustainability, enhancement and contribute towards market expansion.

·         Assessing  & evaluating Cabin Crew of all rank on flight duty on all aspects pertaining to crew member's duties.

 The applicants should possess the following minimum requirements:

·         Bachelor's Degree in Management with 3 years' work experience as a cabin crew member

                                                                OR

·         Full professional qualification in Management with 3 years' work experience as a cabin crew member

                                                                OR

·         Minimum of 5 years' work experience as a Purser

Preference will be given to the candidates with experience as an Inflight Trainer/ Instructor.

Upper age limit is 35 years.
