JKH Property Group, are looking for a smart, energetic, young, educated, experienced result organized and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Electrical Engineer.
Electrical Engineers
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of Senior Engineers to gear itself to service a number of Property Development Projects in Colombo and other Provincial Cities including its flagship Cinnamon Life Mixed-Use Development Project in Colombo presently under construction. You will be a lead member of a multi-disciplinary team being set-up to assist the Group in preparation of strategic plans and design briefs, scoping and managing of consultancy contracts, evaluate tenders, liaising with Statutory Authorities.
Duties
- Assisting the Senior Engineers in performing their duties.
Requirements
- Be a Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Good communication skills and report writing ability in English are expected.
- Having Corporate Membership from a recognized Institution of the relevant Profession and experience in design and/or construction of multi-story buildings would be an added advantage.
