JKH Property Group, are looking for an astute, energetic, young, educated, experienced result masterminded and dynamic,suitable contender for the post of Senior Electrical Engineering Consultant.
Senior Electrical Engineering Consultants
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of Senior Engineers to gear itself to service a number of Property Development Projects in Colombo and other Provincial Cities including its flagship Cinnamon Life Mixed-Use Development Project in Colombo presently under construction. You will be a lead member of a multi-disciplinary team being set-up to assist the Group in preparation of strategic plans and design briefs, scoping and managing of consultancy contracts, evaluate tenders, liaising with Statutory Authorities.
Duties
- Advising on appropriateness of planning scheduling, procuring, coordinating and construction of Civil, Structural,
- Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work being done by others.
- Advising appropriateness of material and shop-drawing approval processes, technical and commercial viability of value
- engineering proposals, examine and advise on technical issues relating to claims and potential claims.
- Assisting in overseeing design and other engineering deliverables undertaken by others to meet functional.
- quality requirements of projects.
- Reviewing technical recommendations made by others. Participating in progress and design review meetings.
- Liaising with Local Authorities on project related matters and requirements.
Requirements
- Be a Graduate In Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Have obtained Corporate Membership from a recognized institution of the relevant Profession.
- Have experience in design and/or construction of multi-story buildings.
- Good communication skills and report writing ability in English are essential.
- Minimum of 20 years experience after graduation.
