Our client is a global provider of customized BPO services to the Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & media and Healthcare sectors. They are offering an opportunity for a driven and self-motivated Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to be part of this remarkable team.

 

·           Reporting into the Deputy General Manager – HR, your responsibilities will include;

·           Front line recruitment for the organization to support the operational requirements.

·           Manage recruitment team and ensure the team meets all the stipulated talent acquisition requirements.

·           Innovate on new sourcing options whenever required.

·           Map the job seekers market and be well acquitted with where new recruits can be found.

·           Supporting prospective hires throughout their recruitment experience.

 

Additionally you will also have deliverables in core HR such as employee engagement and performance management.

 

Ideal candidate will possesses the below while previous experience in BPO will be an added advantage. 

·           A Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Human Resources or a related discipline.

·           Total over 2 -4 years experience in HR, with minimum 2 years of bulk recruitment experience.

·           A style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

·           Strong in problem solving skills.

·           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·           Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure and adapt to change.

·           Self-confident, articulate and outgoing individual, who is able to work independently whilst maintaining a strong focus on teamwork.
