Plateno Hotels Group manages PORTOFINO RESORT TANGALLE, a 4* luxury beach hotel located in the Southern Coast of Sri Lanka which is renowned both internationally and locally for its outstanding guest experiences and hospitality. We are seeking talented, qualified and experienced professionals for the below mentioned position eager to progress their career to join our team at Portofino Resort Tangalle.
Requirements
- Below 40 years of age male / female.
- Should possess a relevant Degree.
- Any other professional qualification from a recognized university/professional body/hotel school.
- Ideal candidate should having minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar capacity in a star class hotel.
- With good communication and leadership skills.
- Oversee operations in the Restaurant and Bar to ensure maximum profitability.
- Managing physical appearance of the restaurant, maintenance and ambiance.
- Coordinate with upcoming events.
- Constant attention to maintain high level of hygiene in the restaurant.
- Comply with all health and safety regulation.
