We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. The selected candidate will report to the Food and Beverage Manager of the resort.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for:

·         Assisting in planning and leading F&B operations and team to deliver extraordinary service by ensuring delivery of brand standards and achievement of key business objectives.

·         Assisting in all administrative functions and supervision of operations of all F&B Outlets and Restaurant/ Bar areas.

·         Overseeing F&B inventory and ensuring proper inventory controls are in place while introducing and implementing of cost effective strategies for F8LB operations.

·         Assisting in managing overall F&B budget by reviewing financial transactions and monitoring the budget to ensure an efficient operation and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations.

·         Assisting the HOD in ensuring all service and culinary presentations, activities and quality in all assigned F&B venues are in accordance to set quality standards.

·         Maximization of revenue and sales targets via sales promotions.

·         Employee training and development

The ideal candidate should:

Possess sound understanding of F&B operations and current market trends with minimum of 10 years experience in F&B operations with at least 5 years at managerial experience.
