We are searching for a shrewd, vivacious, youthful, taught, experienced result arranged and progressive, reasonable possibility for the post.

Duties

  • Food Production to achieve highest possible quality of food.
  • Maintain sufficient stocks in the store Ensure the quality standards of the food items purchased, etc.
  • Identify health hazards in the kitchen &ensure cleanliness and hygiene levels of all food production related areas.
  • Monitor staff adherence to proper food handling methods.
  • Control &minimize food wastage& ensure cost/revenue budgets are maintained.
  • Ensure guest Satisfaction(handling guest complains& special requests) Assist in menu planning.
  • Assist in employee training & development.

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic candidates.
  • With a minimum of 3 years experience in similar job to join our team.
