Expo Aviation (FM) Limited was established in Sri Lanka as a BOI entity in 1994 and commenced commercial air services in August 1997, performing its maiden international cargo flight to Maldives. We fly under the name of "Expo Air". Our international cargo flights operate to points in the Maldives Island, Indian sub-continent, Middle East and Central Asia. Our domestic passenger air services flies between Colombo and Jaffna. We are currently looking for an ideal candidate to fill in the following vacancy.

TICKETING &  RESERVATIONS AGENT

The Ideal Candidate should possess:

·         Minimum of G.C.E. 0/L

·         Be fluent in the English and Sinhalese /Tamil languages would be an added advantage.

·         Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Be creative, a self-starter and a team player.

·         A basic qualification in Ticketing & Reservation Course would be an added advantage

The Job Role would include:

·         Handling all Customer queries by Phone, email with regard to Flight Operations, Charters Accommodations and procedures.

·         Handling Reservations, issuing of tickets for customers and checking on the seat availability, checking up on time limits and follow up action to be taken..

·         Forwarding the daily sales report and working closely with Finance in order for depositing all money, Cheques and Credit slips etc.

·         Updating all relevant departments with appropriate information with regard to passengers Cargo etc.
