Lanmo, are searching for a brilliant, lively, youthful, instructed, experienced and appropriate possibility for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor for the Business Development (Female)
We invite applications from high caliber self-motivated team players with excellent interpersonal skills and proven records with under mentioned requisites male/ female to the Lanmo (Pvt) Ltd —Colombo Branch.
Requirements
- BTEC (Edexcel) HND, NCT,NDT.
- City & Guilds (Advanced Diploma) in QS Qualified.
- With not less than two years' experience.
- A sound knowledge of QS principals, Procedures.
- Auto CAD and MS Project.
- Ability to carry out feasibility studies, Preparing Plans, Contracts, Budget.
- Bill of Quantities Ability to perform risk evaluation, cost control Understand Drawings.
- Visit and overlook sites.
- Fluent in English and ability to handle correspondence in English.
