Lanmo, are searching for a keen, vigorous, youthful, taught, experienced and reasonable possibility for the post of Asst.Quantity Survey.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor for the Project Division (Male)
We invite applications from high caliber self-motivated team players with excellent interpersonal skills and proven records with under mentioned requisites male/ female to the Lanmo (Pvt) Ltd —Colombo Branch.
Requirements
- BTEC (Edexcel) HND, NCT,NDT.
- City & Guilds (Advanced Diploma) in QS.
- Civil Qualified with not less than two years experience.
- A sound knowledge of QS principals, Procedures.
- Auto CAD and MS Project.
- Ability to carry out feasibility studies, Preparing Plans, Contracts, Budget.
- Bill of Quantities.
- Ability to perform risk evaluation, cost control.
- Understand Drawings and visit and overlook sites.
- Fluent in English and ability to handle correspondence in English.
- Valid Riding/ Driving License.
- PMP Qualification will be added advantage.
