Content Management and Solutions (pvt) Ltd, are searching for a shrewd, enthusiastic, youthful, taught, experienced and appropriate possibility for the post of Associate Tech Lead.
Associate Tech Lead
You have an eye for user-friendly design and value writing high quality software. GitHub and Git is second nature to you, and you consider code reviews a best practice and part of everyday development life. You are self-motivated and you have a keen interest in using technology to make a positive difference.
Duties
- Design, write, and maintain reliable & efficient code.
- Optimise for performance and responsiveness of the platform.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and bugs.
- Help to write solutions for them.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and automation.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years demonstrable experience with Ruby on Rails (inc. Rails 4.2).
- Strong Object Oriented design skills Experience.
- With testing your code in Test Drive Development manner (RSpec).
- Experience on JavaScript, CoffeeScript, jQuery, HTML & CSS.
- Experience on PostgreSQL.
- Experience on deploying to Amazon services (S3, SES, EC2).
- Good communication skills in English.
