Requirements
- B.E in Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management.
- 5-10 years proven track record in the Construction field as a Project Manager.
- Familiar with FIDIC and Similar contracts.
- Excellent knowledge of Design and Visualization software like Autocad, CAD/CAM Circuit Design and MS Office.
- Complete Engineering Projects by Organizing and Controlling Project Elements effectively and efficiently.
- Accomplish Project Objectives by Planning, Monitoring & Execution of Project Activities from Construction till Completion.
- Handing over of the Projects.
- Hands on expertise in dealing with Government, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors.
- Project Management Skills, Develops Process Improvement.
- Technical Understanding, Coordination, Documentation Skills, Safety Management.
- Supervision & Control, Contributing to Team Effort.
