Airport City Hub Hotel, are searching for dynamic, brilliant, youthful, vivacious, experienced and appropriate staff's to fill the post of COMMI -1 (Hot Range).

Requirements
- A good knowledge of cooking Western, Sri Lankan, BBQ's & Chinese food Menus.
- Minimum 02 war experience in the hotel Industry.
- Should be a team player.
- Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment & procedures.
- Age between 25 to 45 years.
- Should be able to work long hours when ever required.
