Duties

• Accomplishes construction MR objectives by selecting, orienting.
• Training. scheduling, coaching, counseling.
• Disciplining employees.
• Communicating job expectations: planning. monitoring, appraising job contributions.
• Manages subcontractors by locating. evaluating. selecting. monitoring and controlling performance.
• Using specified drawings and instructions.
• You will manage the entire tasks meet the deadline as par schedule.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
• To be part of proactive Construction Site Team.
• Regularly by reporting to the management. manage all aspects of the site.
• With responsibility for health and safety issues.
• Trades and material co-ordination.
• Site presentation and cost control.
• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with enforcing codes.
• Maintain safe and clean environment by enforcing procedures.
• Rules arid regulations.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree.
• With minimum 5 years experience.
• NDT / HNDE.
• With minimum 10 years experience.
• Good verbal and written in English communication skill is essential.
• Working experience in overseas.
• International brand in hospitality sector would be an advantage.
