QUANTITY SURVEYOR

high end hospitality industry.
Duties
- Resolves contractual issues with client & sub-contractors.
- Performs risk analysis evaluation.
- Prepares and submitting Progress Claim.
- Further action to get certificate and submission of variation works.
- Prepares and submitting contractual letter to clients.
- Performs measurement, cost estimate and program payment.
- Prepares plans, contract, budgets, bills of quantities and other documents.
- Provides advice and forecast about costs.
- Prepares and submits final accounts.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying.
- With at least 5 years experience.
- Good verbal and written in English communication skill is essential.
- Working experience in overseas.
- International brand in hospitality sector would be an advantage.
