MECHANICAL ENGINEER

high end hospitality industry.

Duties

• Determine project responsibilities by project phases and elements.
• Assigning personnel to phases and elements.
• Determine project specifications by studying product design.
• Customer requirements.
• Performance standards.
• Completing technical studies.
• Preparing cost estimates.
• Confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Monitor site progress and quality of electrical / mechanical works.
• Compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
• Go-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor's engineers.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting.
• Analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
• Recommending actions.
• To be part of proactive Construction Site Team.
• Monitor and reporting site progress.
• Compliance with specification and drawings.
• Designing knowledge is required.
• Maintain safe and clean environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree.
• With minimum 10 years experience.
• NDT/ HNDE.
• With minimum 12 years experience.
• Good verbal and written in English communication skill is essential.
• Working experience in overseas.
• International brand in hospitality sector would be an advantage.
