Assistant Manager - Leasing

Due to the expansion of business operations and Branch Network Siyapatha Finance has vacancy in the following positions for the marketing function at its Head Office in Colombo and its existing branches in Kandy, Matara, Nuwara Eliya, Ampara, Kalmunai, Nugegoda, Peliyagoda, Kurunegala, Negombo, Anuradhapura, Kuliyapitiya, Vavuniya, Kegalle, Ratnapura, Batticaloa, Gampaha, Kalutara and for future expansions in Wellawatta, Pettah, Maradana, Ward Place, Piliyandala, Kiribathgoda, Embilipitiya, Nawalapitiya, Bandarawela, Hatton, Nelliadi, Trincomalee and Galle.

Duties

• Achieving assigned Marketing and Sales Target.
• Creating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with relevant stake holders.
• Planning and executing business development activities and promotional activities.
• Managing lending portfolio and maintaining the quality of the portfolio.
• Development and motivation of the Branch staff to achieve overall business targets of the Branch.

Requirements

• Passed G.CE (A/L).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with related industry experience.
• In marketing leasing/hire purchase/financial products in a reputed Finance company or Bank.
• Should have a well-established existing customer base and a supplier relationship network.
• Strong communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Full/Part qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage.
