A well established construction company has created the need for high caliber and self motivated candidates to fill-up the following vacancy for multi story Apartment projects and multi story Prefabricated Steel Building projects in and around Colombo.
Requirements
- B.Sc(Eng) or equivalent.
- 10 year of relevant experience.
- Prior Construction Management experience.
- Strong planning skills using software tools are considered to be essential.
- Managing with sub-contractors and other parties.
- Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects.
- Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress.
- Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients.
