To spearhead launch operations and be part of our innovative Team, we have created opportunities for the following personnel:
Administrative Coordinator
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow of the Business Unit by acting as resource person for policies and procedures.
Recommend procedural changes to enable the unit to function more effectively and collaborate with the Operations Manager and others in establishing work priorities.
Handle regular correspondence and procure authorization from Governmental authorities as and when required, to ensure smooth function of the Company.
Administer accounts for unit: Record expenses and provides account statements on request.
Maintain personnel files and complete documentation for all Company proceedings.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar capacity
- An excellent command of written and spoken English; working knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil
- Team player
