We are searching for suitably qualified, dynamic people for the accompanying post of Management Trainee.
Management Trainee
We are a detergent Manufacturing Company situated in Moratuwa, looking for innovative, team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and maintaining relationships with our prestigious clientele. The main focus of this position is to develop our brand name in the industry and execute sales promotion programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.
Duties
- With the addition of several new clients to our portfolio.
- We are in need of individuals who possess strong leadership abilities to ensure growth and success within our company.
- We are willing to invest our time into training the right candidates from the ground up to take on great leadership and management roles.
Requirements
- GCE 'A' Level (London).
- GCE 'A' Level (Local) in the English Medium preferably in Science Subjects.
- A Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/Institute will be an added advantage.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Strong Leadership Abilities.
