FACTORY MANAGER
Our establishment is a rubber based products manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and result – oriented person for the post of Factory Manager for our Motorcycle, Three -wheeler ,Bicycle tyre and tube factory in Mawanella.
Key Responsibilities and duties
- Able to plan, implement, monitor, supervise and operate tyre plant independently.
- Capable to produce pneumatic tyres and tubes by using modern technology.
- Meet the production target as per sales forecast with minimum rejections.
- Responsible to improve productivity and cost control.
- To demonstrate high technical ability and should be able to guide the staff on day –to-day activities.
Requirements
- At least 10 years relevant experience in manufacturing of pneumatic tyres & tubes.
