Renem is an executive search firm specializing in the search & staff recruitment of top-notch professionals at all levels across vast array of Technology /BPO/KPO companies. Our client is a local arm of an international software development company looking for suitable candidates for following position.
Requirements
- Evaluating and applying new technologies towards problem solving.
- Outstanding technical skills to drive a team to build an innovative product to suit the customer requirement.
- Proficiency in Java & JEE technologies along with supporting technologies.
- A good sense of continuous improvement to maintain the quality standards.
- Should be a good team player with good time management skills.
- Degree in IT / Engineering or other relevant field from a reputed University.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle and Design patterns.
- Hands on experience in Java & JEE Technologies.
