Our client is a local arm of an international software development company looking for suitable candidates for following position.

Requirements

• Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies 
• Skill to facilitates architecture and design decisions in support of technical specialists. engineers and other architects.
• Excellent knowledge of Java Technologies.
• Proven skills in team building, coaching and mentoring while providing technical guidance.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant field from a reputed University.
• Minimum 9 years of development experience in Java technologies.
• Including 2-3 years of experience in Architect capacity.
• Experience on Java Technologies, NoSOL Data stores.
• Open Source technologies and Cloud computing.
• Significant experience in a role leading software design decisions.
• Facilitating architecture trade-offs.
• Mentoring software engineers and technical leads / specialists.
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks, architecture patterns and best practices.
• Experience in Agile practices.
• Exposure in international projects & handling foreign clients would be added advantage.
